Atlanpole at Web2Day

Nantes was the centre of French Web on last 31 May and 1 June. Indeed , 827 participants and over 1800 web surfers visualised the Web2day conferences in streaming.  The event was dedicated to the web and digital technologies. Atlanpole, sponsor of the event, was there of course as well as many of their companies.
Many workshops and conferences were organised: Eloïse Denis-Péchard, TIC Project Manager at Atlanpole, animated a round table focusing on the importance of networks for start-ups. Ripple Motion, a company from Atlanpole, was invited as expert in a workshop on  customer loyalty on mobile platforms


A pionneer has lunch with a Minister



But the event of this third edition of Web2Day was the presence of Fleur Pellerin, newly appointed Deputy Minister for Digital Innovation. Nadya Jahan, founder of the company  Mandala Games followed-up by Atlanpole and member of the Atlantic Pionnières network met her. During this « official lunch » , she could  discuss with the Minister the issues of financing and the current problem of research tax credit. "Video game is today the first cultural industry in the world and in France. If we want to be competitive it is important that our government continues to support the SMEs in this sector thanks through the various public financial schemes. "

"Our JEI (Jeune entreprise innovante) project is currently being reviewed and the Minister showed a lot of interest to the importance for us to get this status and confirmed her willingness to support this industry which generates employment and value on the French territory over the last 40 years", commented Nadya Jahan.
