Dear EBN Full Members,
As every year time has come for us to ask you to provide us with your data for the quality system. I know it seems yesterday when you provided us the 2008 data, but now we are well into 2010 and we do need the 2009 data.
With the data and information provided by you we will:

Make sure that
Quality is ensured throughout all the network! Indeed we will prepare the 2010 evaluation program and select the best practices to visit and to disseminate to all the members (By the way have you checked out the
best practice reports on BIC Birmingham and CEEI Navarra?)

Elaborate the 2010 Observatory useful for promoting yourself and the network everywhere (Have you seen the
2009 observatory? Short versions have been printed as well!).

Prepare benchmarking reports at your request. Would you need to compare your performances and results, we will support you in selecting the relevant cases and prepare for you a benchmarking report (in total confidentiality!).

Support the transfer of useful and innovative tools. If you are looking for something to help you better deliver your services, we may be helpful in finding the appropriate tool, which may have been already developed elsewhere!

Facilitate networking. The more we know about you the more we can support you with partnering and networking with the other members!
If all this is not enough to convince you, you will of course remember that the contract issued to you to use the EC-BIC Logo obliges you anyway to comply with the quality procedures!
This year we are opening the system a little before while keeping the same deadline as usual (31 march 2010) to give you some more time. Please do not miss this deadline!
To access the questionnaire proceed to the quality website at http://quality.ebn.be and insert your login and password. If you can’t remember them just contact us and we will provide you with your login details.

QQC – Quality Questionnaire Competition:
