This Seminar, organized within the framework of the E.U. INTERREG IV pro-ject Creative Growth, will examine three issues developed, as panel discussions, that can influence the economic growth and competitiveness in the creative sector as critical factors; through different local- regional strategies and support services, boosting cooperation or under the influence of IC Technologies.
